Brian and Lindsay Hanson are superb! I would give them 10s in all categories.....On time,cost, detail, professionalism,work quality,politeness,friendliness,cleanliness,etc. The construct at my home had to do with creating a sunroom and this included changing existing walls, windows and floors. They also did kitchen reconstruction simultaneously. I have owned 4 homes over past 30 years and have had many construction companies and projects. They come in first!
We've completed two small projects with Hanson Homes - a deck re-do in 2012, and most recently adding some additional cabinetry and storage space to our kitchen/dining area in 2014. Brian's craftmanship is second to none. He's wrapped up our projects quickly, working around our schedules and communicating the status along the way, making the whole process painless. Lindsey has a great eye for design, and was a huge help with making decisions on colors/materials for the kitchen redo, as well as tracking down impossible to find matching hardware. They are wonderful to work with - doing high quality work at competitive prices. I can't wait to dream up a THIRD project for them!
After touring many other homes in the 2015 fall Parade, we walked into the home Brian and Lindsey built and immediately knew this was the style home we wanted for our family. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, flow from room to room, and boldness of the design was above that of any other house we had seen. We had a blast building our home with Brian and Lindsey. Their honesty, integrity, collaboration, and passion make them a truly awesome team. Lindsey's eye for design is amazing and we felt blessed to have her alongside us through all the selections. Brian's talent is impressive and he creates beautiful elements to every part of the home. We hired Hanson Homes to do our basement finishing this past summer, and their work was phenomenal. From the detailed finishes provided by Brian to the great design ideas provided by Lindsey, the Hanson Homes team helped transform our basement into something we can enjoy for years to come. We saw a previous home they did and had to have them do our new home - The Grand Reserve - and the result was amazing! They were super easy to work with from project inception to project end and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. They used the highest quality materials and had great attention to detail...they even put in a few things to make our home unique. Everything is just perfect. We're going to have them do a follow up project on the home in the spring and something in the basement after that. We're so glad we met them and had them do our home...we now count them as friends.
