I visited Nonna's for lunch, and was thoroughly impressed. I had the basil chicken salad, which was beautifully seasoned and perfectly filling. My friend tried one of their wood fired pizzas and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had (bonus when friends share). Crispy crust, but chewy...and really tasty sauce. Our server was wonderful, and we left feeling like we had just discovered something quite special. Looking forward to coming back for breakfast and dinner.

Nonna's has a welcoming atmosphere and a good feel to the restaurant. However, I will say I felt rather underwhelmed by the limited options of the menu and the length of time it took for the server to take and deliver on my order was a bit annoying. The food was good. But for the price I feel like the portions are not as big as what they should have been. They messed up my order and I had to request coffee and water multiple times. All in all its not bad but the service and food could have been better. If I'm in the area again for breakfast, I think I will choose elsewhere to go.
I'm not a food/restaurant pusher as everyone has different taste, but can confidentially push and recommend the French Omelette from Nonna Cafe. We get it the same way, every time, and it is just delicious. Make sure you get both kinds of cheese (price is the same whether you get all or no items). If you've see the movie "100 Foot Journey" then you'll know the scene when the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant interviews potential chefs.. the interview consists of one thing.. "Make me an Omelette". The creator of the Nonna Omelette would be hired in a heart beat! Adding some avocado to their sourdough is a must as well!
Great atmosphere. Great unique food. Amazing coffee bar. Perfect place for a quick breakfast or a hot date in the evening.
