Ada Village Preschool has been one of the greatest blessings to our family. Their staff demonstrate exceptional combination of excellence in theory, practice, methods, and skill along with genuine sincerity, compassion, and care for kids and parents. Their use of child-centered, developmentally appropriate instruction is nearly unmatched. Their parent outreach and support goes above and beyond. Ada Village preschool maintains excellent documentation (often with pictures) of student's progress and this is communicated/ shared with parents regularly. As a speech-language pathologist I am impressed with their knowledge and skill as educators and as a mother, I am forever grateful for the love of learning they have imparted to my children. Our girls are doing great learning and growing and we have Ada Village Pre-School to thank! They kids love the fun learning environment and have made great friends along the way. As parents we love that we're welcome in the building to drop them off and pick them up, but when we're busy can utilize the car drop off. We have met other parents at the dedicated parent coffee time and have gained new friends for grown up play dates ourselves. We highly recommend this pre-school. It is a great community of people, teachers and kids.
Well-trained, caring, teachers; creative curriculum; age appropriate play & experiences. We loved Ada Village Preschool for both of our boys and encourage everyone we know to check it out. This is one of the few NAEYC accredited programs in the area, and it is obvious as to why. From our experience they worked well with us when we had developmental concerns with one of our children, but encouraged & fostered his strengths. We loved the "parent chats" at the end of sessions to know what had happened that day, and felt comfortable dropping in to volunteer when we wanted. Can't say enough wonderful things!

One or the other of our daughters has been enrolled at Ada Village Preschool for the past four years. Certainly we'd choose it again, and I'd recommend the preschool to anyone. The staff is outstanding -- caring and dedicated, as well as being NAEYC certified. Many of the teachers have been at the school for 10 years or more. Our older daughter was completely prepared for elementary school, intellectually and socially, and I have no doubt our younger one is, too. If anyone interested in the school has any questions, they should feel free to call us anytime.
I truly could not ask for a better preschool experience for my kids! Ada Village is fabulous!! My daughter attended 5 years ago and was so well prepared for kindergarten both socially and academically. My son currently attends and absolutely loves everything about the program. The curriculum is a perfect balance of structure and stimulating free play that encourages fun while learning. The staff are enthusiastic, caring, patient and creative, as well as highly educated (many have Masters degrees). The program always maintains NAEYC accredidation. Definitely, the top preschool program in Grand Rapids!
